Service Description
Installation of Amazon Eero system includes: • Install and set up Amazon eero mesh system • Rename network to match your old one (auto-connect devices) • Place eeros for best signal in each room • Full house dead spot check ensuring Netflix-ready streaming in every room • Up to 45mins appointment
Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep your WiFi upgrade as smooth as possible. Please read our booking terms to understand how appointments are handled. ⸻ ✅ What’s Included • Your selected service package (Basic, Enhanced, or Pro Install) includes a visit up to the stated duration (e.g., up to 45 minutes for Basic). • We will carry out the services listed in your chosen package and any selected add-ons. • Installation appointments cover labour only – eero hardware is not included unless arranged beforehand. • If you don’t already own an eero system, we will perform a free home survey and recommend a setup. If agreed, we carry a variety of Eero devices with us and will be able to carry out a same-day install using our recommended hardware stock provided at same price as on Amazon final price will be dependent on number of devices required(payment required on the day). ⸻ ⏱️ Booking Time Slots • Your booking is reserved based on the availability window for your package: • Basic: Mon–Fri, 11:00 – 16:00 • Enhanced: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 19:00 • Pro Install: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 19:00 / Sat–Sun, 10:00 – 16:00 • Actual appointment time will be confirmed by email or phone once we’ve reviewed your request. • If you need a specific time, let us know in the notes — we’ll always try to accommodate. ⸻ 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • We reserve the right to retain a portion of the fee or request a rescheduling fee for no-shows or late cancellations. ⸻ 💳 Payment • Payment for installation services is due on the day of the visit via card, cash, or bank transfer. • Add-ons and hardware costs (if applicable) will be agreed in advance or during your visit. ⸻ 🔧 Support Plan Policy • If you opt into a 1-Year Support Plan, it begins on the day of your install unless otherwise stated. • You can cancel the support plan within 14 days if unused. • One in-home visit per year is included; additional visits are charged at 50% discounted rate. ⸻ 🔒 Access & Safety • We ask that someone over 18 be present at the property for the duration of your booking. • If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule and charge a callout fee. ⸻ 🤝 Questions?
