Im Ben I started this business with one simple goal:

to make your everyday interactions with technology feel easy — no jargon, no judgement, and no stress. 

After 4 years as an Apple Support Specialist and 8 years at Amazon, I lost count of how many times customers said, “I wish I could take you home with me.”

So I left the corporate world and built a service that lets people do exactly that — only without the part where you’re talked down to for not knowing something you were never taught.

 

How I Work

 

Everything I do is built on three principles:

 

1. No jargon

I explain things in plain English, not tech-speak.

 

2. No judgement

You’re not expected to know any of this — that’s why I exist.

 

3. No overselling
