📋 Booking Conditions: Apple Device & iCloud Support Session Thanks for booking your Apple Device & iCloud Support Session with Reliable WiFi Solutions! Please take a moment to read the booking conditions below to ensure you get the most value from your session. ⸻ ⏰ Session Duration • This is a 1-hour one-to-one support session, either alongside your WiFi install or booked separately. • We’ll use this time to explain your device settings, iCloud, Apple ID, backups, photos, and anything else you need help with — in a simple, non-jargon way. • If you feel you’ll need extra time, additional sessions can be booked in advance or arranged during the visit (subject to availability). ⸻ 🔐 Password Responsibility • You are responsible for knowing or having access to your Apple ID, email, iCloud, and other relevant passwords before your session. • We will always do our best to assist with password resets if needed — but due to Apple’s strict security policies, we cannot guarantee access or recovery of your account within the hour if passwords are forgotten or inaccessible. • To avoid losing valuable time during your session, we strongly recommend preparing your passwords in advance ⸻ 📱 Device Access • Please ensure your device(s) are charged and available at the time of the appointment. • If you’d like help with multiple Apple devices, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. ⸻ 🧠 What to Expect • This session is designed to be simple, friendly, and pressure-free. • You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your Apple devices and iCloud work — and confidence to use them going forward. ⸻ 💬 Questions?
